No explanation was given as to why it hasn't been submitted yet. Charfauros also could not say when the draft rules and regulations will be submitted.

Guam Public Health says that they have still not received the completed rules and regulations for medical marijuana.

It's been almost two weeks since the attorney general's office competed its review of the draft rules and regulations for medical marijuana, but environmental health Administrator Tom Nadeau tells PNC that his division has not received the completed review. Attorney General Spokesperson Carlina Charfauros says, "the review has been completed and will be formally submitted to public health." Back on March 29, during an interview, Attorney General Elizabeth Barrett-Anderson told PNC she hopes to have the completed draft rules and regs submitted to Public Health by April 1. No explanation was given as to why it hasn't been submitted yet. Charfauros also could not say when the draft rules and regulations will be submitted.
