I'm still struggling to see...... where the white spots are have a look there or the underside of the leaf for bugs..... if you see a little dot..nudge it and if it moves you've got bugs... if thats the case just purchase some neem oil to try knock them over. other than that i cant really see

i guess if found the problem , it's called thrips , but now i have another problem coz i don't have access to neem oil , any other ideas how to get rid of these pests?
