I made butter last nite a stick with 7 grams of mids. It was in the fridge over night and only stuff on the side has solidified like there is still liquid butter ontop with nasty water on the bottom. I put it in the freezer and I am goin to check on it around 3 or 4. Is there something wrong with it or is this normal. This is the first time I have ever made butter.
