Hydro to Soil?

I was just wondering if it is possible to transplant from a DWC system to a soil grow with a plant that is a little over a month old? And if so how would I go about doing that so I don't shock or kill the plant?

No matter what, you will shock the plant. You will be lucky to only throw it back a week in grow time.

I've moved over clones that have been in DWC for about two weeks. Much more than that the root mass is too big, IMHO.
