Yes there remain ridiculous issues with the implementation of Measure 91, the "Control, Regulation, and Taxation of Marijuana and Industrial Hemp Act of 2014" here in Oregon but none the less.....
For the first time in my life I just smoked some cannabis and I am completely legal!
The legal use of cannabis for recreation became a reality in Oregon just shy of 7 hours ago.
My routine wake and bake took on a slightly different tone then usual due to the fact that I'm only guilty of a federal crime today rather then both federal as well as state
Still a ways to go with respect to sensible legalizationdecriminalization but it's a good start
