Light height

I have 2 600w Bloomspect led lights. What would the proper distance from the seedlings? My plants are 9 days old, they look good but aren’t growing in height. Suggestions?

oh. I had the lights set at around 18”. I didn’t want them to stretch to much and get leggy

They look good and 18 inches is what alot of people use for sprouts.
Try lowering a little bit at a time and see how they react.

At 132w output, 1 light at 18-24" should be fine. Your seedlings are busy developing roots before they grow "up". Good luck and don't over water my friend.
