So right now I have 3 lights. Viparspectra LEDs, 450W. I wanted to get a fourth light, one with a bigger spread. I was looking at a Viparspectra 600W. They're all duel-channel, dimmable, timers, etc. My question is will there be any negative consequences to running lights with different wattage?

No not at all.. your heat may go up a bit and RH down, and LED's make your plant consume more Ca, but running different wattages or different types wont matter. Rotate the plants often to balance the light out on them
I'd put the 600 in the middle and move the other 450's around it.
