Looking for the best LED up to 400$

hey guys i really need your help now, i'm looking for a grow LED full spectrum
up to 400$ max,
and i'm looking for a compeny that sells and ship worldwide (!)

so what are your suggestions ?

I'd go with an aircooled HID if your throwing down that kinda cash cause leds are crap right now for flowering

Yea you'll get more bang for your buck with an HID and a enclosed reflector with glass. Are you concerned about heat???

yes heat is the main reason i dont want HID, and i put this msg here becuz this is where the most responds are so people see it.
