And, if those are two pictures of the same plant, then maybe a hermie. Either way it should come down so it doesn't pollinate any females in the area. If it is a hermie, you don't even want to make seeds with it.

Thanks, I cut it down a few hours ago. Too bad, it was about 8 feet tall. I still have a few more so it's not the end of the world.
Males are often taller than females so I'm not surprised. But in the end, you'll be better off than having left it. Don't want your females putting effort into making seed when they would be better off putting it into larger buds.
