Medical Marijuana in NJ

Hi, so supposedly MMJ was legalized in NJ and I was just wondering if you guys knew a little more background info on it than me. So, I was just hoping you guys a could fill me in on the criteria or if you could give me a link that's be great. Thanks.

It passed through committee on monday but will still need to get passed by the full State Senate and Assembly. Corzine has said he will sign it.

It proposes setting up grow co-ops for people who can't or don't want to grow their own-which is good. But it only allows people growing their own to possess one oz of "usable material" and 6 plants. That I think is impractical.
