Need advice for grow 12/12 outdoor?

Can i veg my plant outdoor somehow with a 12/12 light cycle almost all the time or would you guys recommend vegging indoors for 90days maybe then putting them outside??

Here are some pics of this years grow. Just need planning next years crop.. It gets really hot in feb-mar so not sure if i can start things indoors until april.

If temps are the issue, go outside. If you want stronger, more potent bud also start outdoor. But if you want it taller, bigger producer, then yeah you can consider starting it inside undr CFLs.
