Need urine test new job

Hi All,

I haven't smoked in over a month. Only smoked on the weekends at end of day. 6' 175 lbs walk regularly everyday. Drink a decent amt of fluids everyday (kidney stones).

Passed home test with two strong lines showing. NEG

?Do you think I am in the clear?

Take a home test first pee of the morning. If still negative, then youre good to go!

Sounds like you should be good, just be sure to use dilution the morning of the test to make sure.
Drink 36 ounces of gatorade the morning of the test
Pee 3 or 4 times before the test
When taking the test
Pee a little in the toilet first
Pee 2 ounces in the collection cup
Pee the rest in the toilet.
