i have a local cyan coloured liquid fertilizer mainly for foliar irrigation but written on label that it can be used for regular irrigation
of N: 8% P: 6% K: 6% and all are ( W/V ) and on the label it is said to add 2 cm3 per liter water

do you think it is enough !? or what ?!

Do you have a picture of the label?

With those NPK values it would be nutrients for vegetation. Not really sure what you mean by (W/V) though. And I am horrible with metric measurements, but it sounds like it is about 1 Tbsp per liter. Should be okay for regular feedings, but post a picture of the label if you can.
