Nute confusion can someone help hydro?

I think i have been wrong all along.

I am using Fox Farm Grow Big and Tiger bloom

Up to this point i have used grow big through veg and then switch to Tiger Bloom when i switch the lights.

Here is my confusion on Fox Farms feeding chart (if i am reading Correctly) I was supose to be using both and monitor the PPM. Can someone claify this cause if so I am not using the right nute mix.

Which could explain my poor flower production.....and plant problems...
