ph levels in nutrients

m currently using canna soil and the nutrients im using is coco a and b.....when i ph my water my ph levels are spot on at 6.0 but when i add my nutrients they drop to around 5.5...should i use ph up to get back to the correct level or would you say that 5.5 would be ok to feed my girls........many thanks.....

You want your run-off to be at 5.8-6.0. My mix runs just a tad hot, so what I do it add my nutes, bring my PH down to 5.7, feed, then when I check my run-off it's coming in at 5.8.
