PPM for seedlings

Last grow i used filtered water ppm was 240 i think before adding anything so we ran straight water for quite a while

For this grow iv upgraded to an RO system PPM is 50

Just looking for some recommendations on when i should start up-ing the PPM for these little guys?
For now there in just straight RO water PPM 50, Ph 5.8, Water Temp 64, R-DWC
This one cracked the surface april 20

i use GH flora nova and for seedlings i have been keeping it around 300-400 ppm ph 5.8 water temp 70 they seem to like it.hope this helps im new to the dwc hydro as well.
