Purple stem seedlings

I bought a grow guide by Jorge Cervantes or something and in it it shows a pic of seedlings with purple stems and says there sick and should be discarded. . Well heres my delema all my seedlings look like this and those BCSeeds dont come cheap. Could it be the strain? or are they doomed? They dont look sickly.

without pictures its hard to say but if all looks healthy i would not worry as it could be the strain as you mentioned. I've had seedlings that have had purple stems before but they soon grew out of it!

A bit more info on your grow environment would help alot also...

I dont have any pic but There in a small cab under an 8 light T-5 setup. I have the an intake fan and an exhaust fan to keep the cabinet at about 80 degrees F. Ph is 6.5 and as I said in original thread they look healthy. When I germinated them the cab was around 90 degrees( before fans ) I am thinking this was the prob but just looking to get opinion on whether I should pitch em and start over if the purple stem is going to be some kind of problem down the road.

I don't think you should if they look fit and healthy...

They grow out of it, if it looks healthy its fine. Do you run 24 or 18 on your lights could be a temp issue?
