I have 6 ladies being low stress trained under some LED's. I gave them each a bend or two to expose lower nodes, my intention is to expose 5-10 on each & let them establish themselves as branches, then shoot the lights up and have the branches stretch- The LED's are really doing their job, they're about 3 feet away from the plants and it's apparent that they're focusing more on bushing out than growing up, which is what is going to be ideal in the end..
Currently they are in 1gal pots and I feel could begin stretching. They are going to end up in 5gal buckets so my question is- should i transplant them before I raise the lights or is it going to make a huge difference? Does root growth have that much to do with heights?
