Sunblaster LED 48" strip lighting?

Hi all,
New med grower, i recently got 7 48" sunblaster LED strip lights for veg off kijiji. They are 48watt each and here is the attached profile

My question is will this be sufficient for veg and has anyone used them? My local garden store swears by them and will be getting the flower spectrum in soon (by the time i need them).

I have tried doing some googling but not coming up with any info on people who have used them....I have a 1000watt hps for flower but id rather go LED for heat and electrical reasons. Any thoughts or comments are welcome. Ill post a pic of my setup once im off work. Thanks !

Hey guys, decided that I am just going to go a head and start a grow journal instead of ask 1 off questions.
