T5 Strips Light Fixtures For Bloom?

Hello world I need help on a direction I should take with my 8 bulb t5 fixture to help improve bloom for the two autos I have going now and one coming up and a regular seed I have in veg but will bring it to bloom around the time I have the next auto getting ready for bloom. Please help! Thank you

Like. To help improve bloom. Is there any specific bulbs that i should replace in my fixture for a better spectrum or something. Because the fixture i have now is making my plants yield a little slow

He has a journal I have been helping him with. He has stretchy plants with small flowers for something I grew recently real tight. He is running just a few T5's and I suggested he think about better bloom lights. Then he posted this. Then he did some research.

I think he has made a decision to go big as soon as possible whenever that may be.
