Has anyone heard what happened/is happening in the legal battle for Fresno's medical marijuana dispensaries to remain open? I'm moving there Sunday and want to open one. It seems today 10/8/09 is a pivotal day legally where a judge will decide whether the 2007 City Ordinance requiring businesses (wink) to comply with federal as well as state law (which conflict of course). I have a feeling the Superior Court Judge will side with the city and bump the case to the court of appeals. Any other info would be much appreciated.
