What is the best bud to grow in a indoor hydroponics system that will get me a high yield? Also i was thinking bout growing middies does neone have ne info on the plant itself, height yield, ect.?

middies has always been used as a description of potency. not a strain. Although I guess there could be a new strain called middies but why anyone would name their weed after a inferior product is beyond me. but then again...Mr. nice named a strain shit. he said he always to hear someone ask for the "Nice Shit".lol
