Thinking about growing indoors...

I know the info is on this site probly but I gotta get specific.

Ok first thing if I do this I'm gonna be growing in a camper, planning starting in August if I think I can get the shit 2gether. What I need is the cheapest guide to growing indoor. I'm talkin a budget of like under a 100 bucks.

go grab tw0-2 foot 20 watt flourals.. from walmart.. thats like 40 bukcs... soil and pot like 10 bucks.. thermomanater(sp) like 3 thats like 50 bucks ...o and like 2 bucks for emergency blanket for the refelictive material... thats under one hundred and thats all at walmart.. u could even maybe get anotehr light
