What are the odds of getting ripped off if I send the e-mail requested
cash (sent an e-mail to a news group advertiser) to holland
will I get my 2 grams with priority of will I just forever lose the money?

I agree with Spliff, save your money and get your MMC. The cost far outweighs anything you are trying to do. You spend your initial money and you can buy your two grams closer to home. The idea of ordering smoke from another country doesn't sound like a good idea to me.
