Va v. the EPA might be the pathway to getting Cannabis off schedule 1

That ruling by the Supreme court yesterday means a lot more than forcing the EPA to regulate with in the laws Congress passes. Congress never put Cannabis on the Schedule 1 list so the DEA might be forced to get back into it's lane and let Cannabis fall out of their classification until congress makes it law or doesn't.
