The city of Las Vegas granted a businessman who sells medical marijuana a business license.
Bill Kosinski's company, Medical Marijuana Consultants of Nevada, is the first business in the city to get a license under the state's Medical Use of Marijuana Act.
Officials say about 170 doctors statewide have issued registration cards to use marijuana to 455 people.
