What can I do with my small space?

Hi everyone. I have this small hollow space at home and I would like to make a growroom of it.

The dimensions are 200x90x40 cm, or about 75x35x15 inches (WxHxD). I've never grown before and will start with a micro PC grow box just to get some experience while planning the project.

My question to you is, how many plants could I fit in there? My plan is to grow in soil, with either CFL's or LED's.
And whats the best technique to use in such a limited place to get the most amount of dry bud, scrog, lst or something else?

I have more questions but I'll get to that later.
