Plants are like this at the start of every light cycle in veg. Can take 4 - 5 hours for them to perk up. Was thinking was over watering but even when pots are dry top inch and light still having this problem for the last week..? Always seems to be at beginning of light cycle...

Where is your tent located? Basement, garage, first floor etc? Is this on a concrete slab?
I’m thinking it’s cold feet. If there is concrete slab involved it’s called a heat sink. The cool moist earth stays at around 55 to 58 degrees all year when enclosed in a structure. Yes even if it has tile or wood floor on top of concrete, it can do whacky stuff to our plants.
If it’s concrete under tent, insulate. Get sheet foam, wood blocks, plant risers etc, etc. for the fix.

If you are coco then it should be fed every day, coco should not dry out.
