When to start your germination - Critical Cush

please advise, when to start germinating the seed (outdoors), if you know you should:
- harvest in 3-4 week in september
- flowering time is 55-60 days

In northern hemisphere I assume?

Harvest in 3-4 weeks? Do you mean from seed or from start of flowering? Is it Auto or Photo?

it's Critical Kush (from Barneyfarm) - 100% Indica.
Climte: European continental influenced climate with warm, dry summers.
Harvest time is in 3rd-4th week in September.
Flowering time of the plant is 55-60 days.

What the rule if you know all these details, when to germinate, how long it's best to keep in vegetative state?

Are you growing it indoors or outdoors? Saw above you mention how long to keep in vegative state? Vegative state is relying on the light shedule. If grown outdoors you can't control this and it will kick into flowering when it is ready.

Or are you only germinating outdoors?
