White spots

Nearly all of my leaves have white spots on them. I think it may be from these small red mites. Anyone know what the spots are? Or better yet, how to fix the problem?

the cheep way that works sometimes for me is to drop the temp, spray under the leaves with ice cold water, that will take care of a small population... or get some ladybugs in there to eat them... or some neem oil.

Do you have mites? See and type of webs? Do you see the mites themselves? A pic would help a lot here.

Thanks guys. No webs, but very tiny reddish colored bugs. I've taken care of most with water and my hands, but neem oil seems to be the way I need to go.
