A friend of mine is growing in a window of his. He wants to grow by natural light instead of using any artificial lighting... Reason is, as soon as the ground gets warm enough here, they are going outside anyway.. He just doesn't know what he can use to cover his window so that no one can see in, but have the sunlight still come through.. I heard something about using waxed paper but I'm not sure if all the nutrients would get through or not. He's looking for an inexpensive way to do it. Anyone have any suggestions?
