Yellow leaf spots outdoors - Septoria? Advice?

Hi! I hope you are having a lovely summer.
I am growing some chem dog and similar NorCal clones in-ground. They are all pretty healthy except I am getting leaf spot on one and it is starting to show up on some others. the spots are only on a few leaves but I want to stay on top of it. our climate can make fungal and PM hard to deal with (like almost everywhere).
I think this is septoria, does anyone have insight into how to control?
I am currently spraying with Serenade but just started a week ago. I am considering bicarbonate. I have mixed feelings about copper and prefer not to use neem at this stage. Let me know if you've seen this and had luck controlling it, and what you used.
There's more detail on my Grow Journal but the picture says it. I trimmed these out today. This is most of it, at this point. All of these were showing yellowing, here are some examples. Note yellow spots and leaf edge yellowing.
Thanks,

I have been still seeing a bit of spread but not too bad. I have been spraying with potassium bicarbonate in addition to serenade. That seems to be limiting it. We will see when the fog gets here.
