Need advice for good air purifiers/cleaners

Hey all. My growing circumstances have changed drastically. Can no longer vent outside; cannot drill into walls or ceiling. Really researching air purifiers/cleaners. Any good experiences with these? Anybody ever use the Air Box? Air box filter - high flow characoal filter Seems pretty decent if your in my situation. Any input appreciated.

I just use a can fan and carbon filter and vent back into my living room for extra heat. But I use eco quest air purifier with a sanitizer built in, in my trimming area.

Maybe i didnt make my situation clear enough, my apologies. Mi understand the basic need for an inline carbon filter/fan...i use a 6-inch phresh filter pulled through a 6- inch hurricane fan through a cooltube. However, i cannot vent outside of the immediate grow area, which is a nice-sized closet. The recirculation of the dame air drastically reduces filter life. Dutty: does your air purifier clean the air, or just mask odor?

It actually cleans the ozone! It was pricey like 400 but definitely works. They have smaller cheaper models. It says to leave area when sanitizing. Smells like a pool when you re enter. Is based on square footage.
