what is the best way to prune these two plants

Would really like to get others points and advice about how to prune these two plants I'm new to this so don't want to hurt them give a look at them and see if you have any advice. You could also look at my other blog about B-More thats the one that really needs pruning just not sure how to cause my youngest went in and ripped a leaf off but didn't kill it just morphed it like you wouldn't believe.

I would remove every leaf as big as your hand. Is that spider mites or a nute deficiency?

No its really healthy white roots and its real green just the 600 watt makes the room yellowish in pics but when it was real young my youngest daughter riped one of the main bottom leafs on the first node and it morphed it not sure if its a good thing or not but just keeps bushing n not streatching.

Yeah, take a pic after you remove the leaves(and top a few branches if you want) and then take a pic in 2 weeks you will be amazed at the growth.
