I got five little plants was doing fine looking good when they was in my room under a small little bulb. I got my grow room up with a 1000 watt MH BULB on and now there drooping over. I don't know if I feed them too much or what. Do I have enough light on it, because my ballast was on 50% now I turn it up to 75%. Any suggestions on what might I be doing wrong?

maybe too much light. I would use CFL for seedlings.
Light could be too close. Need some more info, fill out the info UltraDan asked for

1000W should be at least 4' from seedlings.

I would not put seedlings under a hps or mh. I use t5's
Also no nutrients needed for quite awhile. Till plant is at least 12" ime.
I'd water occasionally only when soil is dry finger tip deep roughly 1"
