Preparing to grow in Colorado "Need Advice"

Hello my name is Alex White, I'm preparing to grow in Colorado between Greeley and Grand Junction. I will be growing in a "large" greenhouse type structure, my source of light will be the combination of both natural and artificial.
I do have some questions.

1st : What should be my ideal temperature range?

2nd : Is there a preferred type of soil "brand" or "mix" that you would suggest?

3rd : Is there any suggestions regarding preferred "N-P-K" ratio, or "pH" level's?

Anonymity is your friend on the internet.

Range varies by strain, but 70-80F is a good starting point.
I prefer PLAIN potting soil. I won't use anything that says "FEEDS FOR UP TO xx MONTHS!" That complicates things for me. I try to keep it simple.
For nutes, I suggest a 2 part or 3 part nutrient. Never use time release.

Starting a large greenhouse and you don't know what temperature range you should be in? You may want to do some more research before starting this endeavor.
