any help please - lights been off 3 hours extra

I encountered a similar situation in reverse. I left my light on 2 and half hours over. so i allowed 2 and half hrs extra darkness. the following cycle i left my light over 1 hr 15 min over (about half) and 1hr 15 min extra darkness. The next cycle i went back to my regular cycle. I dont know if it really helped but it didnt seem affect it... GROW BIG!

thanks for reply but i just carried on my normal light cycle and everything was fine.
