Hey Doc,good to have you back...safe and sound! It musta been nice ,being able to get away like that.Looking forward to some "tales" of your travels in S.A. Anyhow , I need supplies, where do i get in line? My MK Ultras are approaching week 4 of pistels and looking great! Going to time the first C.D. a little later this round, mid way thru week 4 instead of week 3. That stuff scares me. I have come to respect it,even with my limited experience. Thanks to Grey and the lads on here ,alot can be achieved just by reading and listening.Once again ,welcome back eh! I'l have a Stella for ya! Cheers.

Duggan, Que Pasa?

Email me regarding supplies, please.

Don't be afraid of the Cat Drench. Just make sure your soil is revved up and the plants are super healthy. A good way to do it with 7-10 gallon pots is:

1. slowly pour 2-3 gallons of just water through each pot to completely saturate it and have considerable drainage out the bottom. Let it sit 20 minutes.

2. After 20 minutes have passed, Pour 3/4 to 1 gallon of Cat Drench slowly into each pot. This is a good time to top dress with worm castings, "rescue soil," or just plain soil.

This seems to really change up the soil in a dramatic fashion. You can usually see changes in 24 hours: Leaves take on a more olive color as nitrogen fixation must now feed the plant with the nitrates flushed out. There is an obvious growth in reproductive parts of the plant, with pistils pushing and calyxes swelling up rather tight. Resin begins to appear.....lots of it.

Just mix it up as instructed...less is better than more, but there is some tolerance there provided you don't double it, or anything. Water twice in a row with it, the second time you don't need to do the flush....but do one the NEXT watering after the second Cat Drench except hit this one with Growth Energy and 1/4 oz. Transplant.
