How long can I go without adding more water?

I'm about to run into a real problem and my girls might be at stake.

I will have to go out of town for a few days and i won't be able to check on my girls. One is drinking about a half to a gal a day, and the other is not far behind. Their both in 3.5 gal buckets with a 400 watt hps light thats on for 12/12 with a scrog. All is in a 32"×32"×64" tent (fans carbon filter and dual air bubbler. Temp stays around 84 degrees.

My question is, how long can they go with me topping off with new water? I don't want then to die, but I have no choice. Nobody knows, so I can ask for help while I'm gone. They both drink a lot of water so I'm worried about them dying while I'm gone.

If anyone can help with this situation I would very much appreciate it. Thanks
