Doc, you refer to adding half a charge at the hole level and half a charge at the root ball. But how much is a charge? The directions say 3 tablespoons per 4sq/ft. How much do you use and what size bucket?

Also a side question. As for my friends hempys, he sampled a bud and it has seeds. Should he wait till the trichomes turn cloudy or pick now since its seeding?

PS. my outdoor veggies are growing like crazy with the Oscomote. Tomatoes in dirt are shoulder high, peppers in buckets are healthier than ones i didn't add oscomote to. And my neighbor uses it in her containers for her flowers and it would make Nebacanezer's hanging gardens jealous.

Thanks for visiting HH!
Yeah, this OC+ works crazy good.....and it works crazy good for our beloved crop as well. I'm sold.

I'm going to add a couple tweaks next grow, namely some micronutrients and some horse crap during stretch.

I think on the label there's directions for container size.
For top dressing:

SURFACE APPLICATION Rates per Container (grams)
Common Container

Trade 2 gal. 125 11 29 44
2 gal. 102 13 36 53
3 gal. 70 19 52 78
5 gal. 52 26 70 105
7 gal. 35 39 104 156
Larger Containers Surface Area in sq. ft. Low Medium High

For incorporation:

Grams per liter Low 1.8 Med 4.7 Hi 7.1

So......according to the table on the back of the bottle, if you're using 2 gallon buckets, that's about 10 litres.....so I'd use 70 grams or so, half just above the holes, the other half above that in one spot. Mark the spot so you only water there.

Regarding seeds....I don't have a well founded opinion, but if I was to hazard a guess, I'd say let both the buds and the seeds mature. You'll still have stoney smoke and as a bonus, he'll have some nice seeds to grow out!
