if you had $1,000 to start up what would you buy

im trying to find out what you guys would buy if you had 1000 to spend on setup preferable a grow tent setup with led but hps and mh are ok to and where would you get them from as far as sites go like a break down of price the product and the site its ok if you go over the price to about 1200 to 1300 but try to stay as close as you can to that amount. Now when i say start up i mean from the start the ph and ppm testers hydrometer thermometer and ir lights yoyo's and would you do dwc and if so is it custom or coco or whatever and everything you can think of to start up thanks
