My first SCROG

ok so Im working on my first time grow and im going to go scrog, now the question i have is, it is ok to use full red spectrums through the whole grow /flower cycle or should i get one dual and two red's vice versa and etc. i would greatly appreciate anyones input that has experience in scrogging
