need pain relief

I'd go for og kush as it is a super strong strsin and has a lot of benefits, bit it is a high class and would relitevily cost you more than alot of other strain, some grape ape should do the trick aswell and alot of mids should be fine aswell, and if you can try getting chem dawg but once agian its a high class so if you dont want to spend as much money just go for mids although im not to sure which one is good.

Oh i would also like to tell you that for the problems that you have i think it is best to go with 100% Indica strains and that i would say most mids should do the trick

I have found that for my arthritis pain that cannabis paste works really well. None of the essential cannabinoids found in the cannabis are lost during the making of the paste. Additionally you only have to take a small amount(about the size of a pea) twice a day. There is no "buzz" or "high", and it manages my pain better than any NSAID or prescription pain reliever. There is a new video on youtube that shows you how to make your own paste, etc. It's called How to Make Cannabis Paste, and you may find it very interesting, I know I did.
