Im going to do kaliman cheese #1 next grow, ive heard its close to the skunk so we'll see. I honestly believe the original genetics have been lost for ever. Gotta be a strain out there thats close though.

Selecting For RKS 101:
The Roadkill Skunk (RKS) phenotype is the Grail for lots of folks. And it's not as hard to find as one might think. It requires time, space and patience. And great fuckin' genetics. This is what you do.
Go to mrnice-dot-nl and buy Skunk #1/NL5 and Sk#1/Afghani seeds. Germinate. Label each plant by number. Grow them to 20". Take clones. Root. After rooting, put the clones into 12/12. Sex. Cull males. Put the clones back in 24/on light. Now, grow the original seedlings to age of maturity before flower (approx. 90 days. Top, etc. as needed.) for best results.
Out of a large population, and because the genetics used are from Neville's original P1 stock, there's veryfuckinggood odds that out of the above, you'll find a really good RKS phenotype expression. The larger the pool to select from, the greater chance you have to find the selection that you seek.** And since you have rooted clones corresponding to each mother, you now have an RKS mother.
If you're willing to put in the work, it's entirely do-able. No mystery at all. I promise.

The original Cheese, was simply a Skunk #1 clone selected for RKS traits, and made popular by the Exodus Collective in the U.K. who sold metric fucktons at raves. Since then, the name "cheese" has been co-opted by the usual greedheads and weasels selling a dream. Which isn't to say that all cheese seeds sucks, it's just saying "caveat emptor."

**People buying single seeds and expecting desired results are simply not educated in how genetics work. Single seeds are a travesty, and the industry promoting them is shady, shoddy, and corrupt for taking advantage of people.
