That funky smell

While having a session with a few friends we started talking about the smell of weed. Non smokers hate the smell. While us stoners love the smell. Shit i would rather have that as my scent than cigarette smoke any day. But it just amazes me on how some people just plain hate it. Even for people who used to smoke don't like the smell. I've seen people put air freshners next to stashes. I even heard "I'd rather smell a skunk that shit." My big question what are those people complaining about?

i believe when you quit smoking after about a year or two you no longer crave it or your mind doesn't, so instead of it being a smell you associate with something you want. it is now something else, there for it stinks and smells nasty, and not nasty good!! it just smells burnt but i love it so it smells goooooooooood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the "Splifster"

I LOVE THE SMELL OF MARIJUANA. Theres nothing like it! Infact when i was a NON smoker, all the way up to 20 yrs of age-i loved it! It reminds me of slow roasted meat....and sometimes it smells evergreen fresh or grape kool-aid! Compared to tobacco that only smells good after the intial strike, mari-jay is a top aroma smell on my list.
