White flys a sign of....

I have always been against any poisonous spray sold in stores, some say organic it doesn't matter. There are recipes you can make in your kitchen with things like peppers or soaps. I have a veggie garden with herbs growing and have dried them and spread them Beneath my outdoor plants. If white flys show up, or any other annoying small gnat like insect, it is a sign of too much water. So I prefer not to kill them because they are telling me I am applying too much moister. Though annoying they are kind of useful.
