Looking for help - Leaves with yellow spots

Hello,

Hoping someone can help... My potted outdoor plant is about 4 feet tall now, but I just noticed a number of leaves have little yellow spots all over them.

Can someone look at my picture and tell me if this is a fungal "leaf septoria", or a mineral deficiency of some sort, or something else completely?

I need direction on how to get my girl back to health quickly.

OK... Quick update (from further research)... Looks like I have an insect problem - Leafhoppers

Can anyone confirm? f so, what is the best "natural" solution to these leafhoppers?
