Hi thanks for reply. Previous set up was the same but only 1 600watt hps . All I have done different is added a extra 600 but added 2 coolshades to keep heat down.

I found out what me problem was and if anyone has the same issues then the first thing to check is if you are over watering ? make sure you let the medium dry out completely before watering. trust me it will stop this issue.
