R/o systems make alot of waste water . I would like to know if i set up two 55 gallon buckets. Filled one with tap water, one would be filled with the filtered watwr from the r/o. Using a pump (like the main water like in the house) to supply the r/o. Could i run the waste water back to the tap...

So my new grow been growing for 8 weeks and my plants are only a foot tall they don't seem to want to get tall.. I started them in Rockwood then moved right into a 5 gallon bucket.. With the plan of moving to 7 gallon pots. Could this be why
