this can deffanitly go longer. hairs are not a good way to tell if its ready to harvest as the pistols can turn red for many different reasons. the best way to tell if you are ready to harvest is look at the trichomes aka crystals

things are coming along very nicely. that sativa is very nice you should try to get some seeds from that and save it. ya its gonna take forever to flower but jeez that will be some super nice smoke

was this plant ever in flowering stage and then you put it into veg stage again ? that would add up to the 3 finger leaves.

as for new england it kinda sucks out here i got to say and so far this year it has been fucking cold. usually we start getting really shitty weather in september and cold nights so a big worry is mold and having to pull your ladies early. im not sure about the 12/12 times starting at end of...

one way you could is make the lights further away form the clone so that it will want to get closer to the light and it will stretch for it ... why do you want them to stretch though ?

you can not really force your plants to grow faster especaially outdoors in mother nature. all you can do is give them there time and make sure you are not the problem as to why they are not flourishing. as for the perlite you dont need perlite your soil mix seems to have mulch in it and that...

i would recamend going with fox farms grow big and then the big bloom for flower thats the food i thinnk you should use. are you going to flower her outside ? is there anyway you can take some closer pictures ? some pics of the higher internodes ... good luck;)
